Now lets talk about roads in Hyderabad. For the most part the situation in the state resembles Hyderabad. A good 20 years back I was able to go to Tank Bund from Mehidipatnam in about 10 -15 minutes in day time and in 10 minutes night time.  In 1998 , that number was 15- 30 minutes day time and 15- 20 mins night time.
